ACCOUNTING STAFF
Function : Apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare Invoice, Payment Process, Expense, Account Payable and filing accounting data.

Tasks :

* Data Entry with MYOB
* Handle Invoicing for costumer
* Follow up outstanding trade receivables by phone
* Follow up all the payment process by costumer
* Checking daily operational expense, traveling expense for staff
* Follow up advance payment and the payment process
* Filling accounting data
* Handling Account Receivable

Requirements :

* Female
* Max. 26 years old
* Min. D3 majoring in Accounting from reputable university

Experience :

* Min. 1 year in similar position

Skills :

* Excellent computer skills, advanced functions in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access;
* Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications (MYOB)
* Proficient in English both verbal and written
* Self-motivated, honest & strong integrity
* Team work oriented, assertive & fully initiative
* Analytical and detail-oriented

FRONT DESK & GA OFFICER
Responsibilities :

* Greeting and assisting visitors
* Handling incoming and outgoing call
* Responsible for handling any question and complain from the customers and suppliers directly or by telephone
* Responsible for organize and maintain files for departmental correspondence, records, work papers etc and follow up pending matters
* Handle for a variety of correspondence; write business letters etc
* Responsible for travel arrangements, visa application, travel documentations and hotel booking for guests
* In charge of expatriate documentations and employee insurance
* Manage and organize the office events such as company gathering and company dinner
* Handle every office purchase of stationary and equipments; handle suppliers related to office matters
* In charge of the Office boy and his monitoring
* Monitor the presence/absence and arriving time of employees; report every month to the chief Accounting

Requirements :

* FEMALE
* Min D3 in Secretary, Administration, or any relevant background
* Age between 27 – 32 years old
* Min 3 years experience
* Fluent in English
* Hard worker and great team work as well as independently
* Able to work efficiently and effectively
* Responsible with her duties, dynamic and good looking
* Good interpersonal and communication skills

*All Candidates MUST be fluent in English

SALES PROMOTION GIRL
REQUIREMENTS :

* FEMALE
* Age between 20 – 25 years
* Height min 165 cm with proportional weight
* Good command in English
* Good communication skill
* Attractive and friendly
* Good selling skill would be an advantage
