PORT ENGINEER
Requirements :

* Minimum ATT III or degree in ship building Engineering
* 3 years as Port Engineer, or 5 years as Chief Engineering board
* Responsible for all technical aspects of ship vessel operation, and ensuring the implementation of shipboard PMS
* Review, monitor and implement vessel maintenance system according to established plan
* Ensuring that vessels engines and equipment are technically well functioning and ready for operation
* Providing support to vessel personnel in repair and maintenance, including overhauling engines
* If required, PE may act as a Chief Engineer or an Engineer onboard for period of time after going through the crew appointment process
* If appointed by Management, act as Owner Representative (OR)
* Must be knowledgeable in proper usage of monitoring and measuring devices
* Work as team
* Travel required
