PT. Senayan Trikarya Sempana (STS), a joint venture company of Kajima Overseas Asia Pte, Ltd and Badan Pengelola Gelora Bung Karno, the developer and operator of Senayan Square, comprising Plaza Senayan, Plaza Senayan Arcadia, Sentral Senayan I & II office towers and Apartemen Plaza Senayan. Sentral Senayan III office is now under construction and further development is planned in the future.

STS seeks applications from suitably qualified persons to join its international management team in the following capacities :

Storekeeper / Purchasing Senior Officer (SPSO / Legal & GA)
(Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

* Male
* Maximum 25 years of age
* Minimum D1 graduate from any majors, preferably in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
* Having minimum 1 year of relevant experience
* Good English (spoken and written)
* Good personality, disciplined, honest, able to work under pressure

Tenant Relation (TRO) (Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:

* Age between 22 - 27
* Minimum D3 holder from any major preferably in Hotel / Tourism industry
* Preferably having 1 year experience in related field
* Excellent English (spoken & written)
* Presentable appearance, neat
* Good communication / negotiation skill
* Computer literate
* Customer service oriented

Secretary ( SEC / Tech ) (Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:

* Female
* Age between 22 - 25 years old
* Diploma / Bachelor Degree holder from reputable university, preferably majoring in English Literature
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, 1 year of working experience would be an advantage
* Proficient in English (spoken and written) and computer application literacy is a must
