ACCOUNTING
Duties are varied, but include:
* Managing local bank accounts and cash book
* Handling payments, receivable and payable
* Preparing vendor invoices for payment
* Managing petty cash
* Collecting accounting information from Semarang and Surabaya
* Liaison with Group HQ in Hong Kong
* Taking responsibility for a small amount of administration to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently
The basic requirements are :
* Most importantly, a minimum of 2 years experience of the first four functions mentioned above
* Fluent English, spoken and written
* A good education
* Experience in any of the following industries would be an advantage: Shipping, Airfreight, Forwarding or Transport.
MARKETING MANAGER
The company is looking for 2 experienced Executives for each office, to sell its Ocean and Air Export Services. A proven track record of success is essential, and an attractive income package is on offer for the right candidates.
Other requirements are :
* Educated to University level
* Fluent in English (spoken & written)
* A minimum of 2-3 years in Marketing Manager in Freight Forwarding
* A good understanding of the Ocean Exports market (USA, Europe, and/or Airfreight, and good personal contacts
MARKETING
The company is now recruiting dynamic Marketing throughout Indonesia to sell its Ocean and Air Services. The basic minimum requirements are :
* Educated to University degree level, and fluent in English
* Around 2-3 years in the Freight Forwarding or Liner Agency Industry, including Sales & Marketing experience with a record of on-target achievement
* A good understanding of one or more of the following markets will be advantage: Ocean Exports to USA & Europe, and Airfreight
* The ideal candidate will have his own portfolio of contacts to sell Hecny’s services to in the initial period
