GA & HR Officer

With basic requirements :
~. Female, max. age 30 years old
~. 2 years experience in HR field
~. Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, procedure & system
~. Strong understanding of Indonesian rules, regulation, laws in HR area,employees relations skills & General administration
~. Good in coaching skills & interpersonal skills
~. Collaborating with Managers to facilitate HR management program
~. Be able to handle matters relating to expatriate
~. Work with Managers to facilitate individual training & Development
~. Willing to join immediately
