Finance Dept. Head (Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* At least 10 year(s) of working experience with minimum 5 years' managerial experience in the related field is required for this position.
* General/Cost Accounting from mining and commercial environments is MANDATORY.
* IT savvy and ERP implementation mandatory. SAP/JDE a plus.
* Good working relationship with bankers mandatory.
* Strong leadership skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for all the finance and accounting functions
* Ensure timely and accurate reporting are in compliance with local tax/statutory requirements and corporate objectives
* Responsible for day-to-day operation of the Finance Department
* Build, lead and manage the Finance Team to avail the company of a pool of talent
* As a business partner making value added contributions to the organization through strategic thinking
* Successful track record in developing and implementing processes and systems to improve efficiency
* Work closely with the local MD and regional finance team to ensure corporate objectives are met
