Well established and growing Villa Management Company is hiring now Human Resource Manager
* With following requirements :
1. Female, 28 – 38 years
2. min 3 years experience in HR management in the hospitality field.
3. Degree in HRM /Law ,
4. Confident with good communication skills Fluent in English,
5. Good attitude, able to work under pressure and deadlines,
6. Have excellent communication skill
7. Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, procedures, systems
8. Solid understanding of Indonesian regulations in the HR area
9. Strong supervisory, coaching skill and interpersonal skill Responsibility:
10. Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems
11. Recruit Villa and office staff. Create and implement training programs and house rules .
12. Advise management on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and recommend needed changes.
13. Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
14. Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs
