Production Planning Assistant
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining stability stock Finish Good
  • Coordinating with subcont factories
  • Production planning and production follow up
  • Coordinating deliveries of raw materials and finish good
  • Provide necessary production reports


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
  • Knowledge on ERP software
  • Full-Time positions available.




Organizational Development Officer
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and developing an organizational structure.
  • Responsible in implementing Performance Management System, People development, Employee Evaluation, Grading System, Employee Welfare.
  • Analyze the company organization structure
  • Review and develop existing systems and procedures
  • Arrange employee development programs

Requirements:

  • Education minimum S1 majoring in HR Management, Psychology, Law
  • At least 2 years experience in the same position
