Vacancy for Operation Manager at Bali Luxury Villas - Indonesia
Well established, reputable and growing Villa Management Company is seeking a dynamic & responsible, diplomatic and well experienced OPERATIONS MANAGER to lead the villa management department of the company.
The Operations Manager is responsible to oversee the day- to-day operations of company's private vacation villa portfolio in various locations in the South of Bali, directly managing the team of 5 Villa Area Managers and indirectly of over 200 in-villa staff. The Operations Manager is required to manage, guide, develop and assist the Villa Area Managers team and conduct regular team meetings and individual performance evaluations; set and supervise in-villa operations projects; regularly report to the General Manager, Managing Director and Villa Owners; lead, implement and improve various in-villa operations systems and in-villa services; address guest issues and guarantee the quality of our villas' facilities and in-house services; source and evaluate new villas for our villa management portfolio.
Other requirements: good team leader with a solid team management experience (min 3 years), excellent communication skills (in both English and Indonesian) and interpersonal relationship skills, sets and meets targets, open to work flexible hours and can work under high pressure.
Male, Indonesian, 30-40 yrs
Min. 5 years experience in a 5 star Hotel or Villa Management, hosting international guests and managing teams
Excellent verbal and written English and computer skills
Hotel Management Diploma III
Oversees working experience is of advantage
Other foreign languages is an advantage
