Montigo Resorts Nongsa, located in Batam (Indonesia), will be a 5-star resort with 133 villas, complete with F&B (3 outlets), banqueting and spa facilities will open last quarter 2011, is seeking qualified professionals for the following positions:

- HOUSEKEEPING (all positions, including Department Head – female preferred)
- FRONT OFFICE (all positions, including Department Head)
- F&B SERVICE & STEWARDING TEAM (all positions, including Department Heads and
Chief Steward)
- CULINARY TEAM (Sous Chefs, Chef De Partie, Commis Chefs withWestern & Indonesian
food knowledge , Pastry Skill and Chinese Cuisine)
- FINANCE (all positions, including Department Head)
- ENGINEERING (all positions, including Asst. Department Head)
- RESERVATION MANAGER
- SPA MANAGER (Asian treatment knowledge compulsory)
- RECREATION/LEISURE MANAGER (preferred experience with Club Med / Cruise)
- TRAINING MANAGER & HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
- SECURITY MANAGER
- PURCHASING MANAGER
- IT MANAGER

Applicants with international hotel experience (5*) will be viewed favorably, and those
with pre-opening experience will have an added advantage. Ability to communicate in
written and spoken English is essential.
