Associate Legal Officer
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Corporate legal & license administration.
• Company restructuring.
• Familiar & has in-depth knowledge in analyzing law requirements & commercial aspects, drafting legal documents. providing legal advices upon legal disputes settlement as well as indonesian legal system with its substance.
• Having good networking with lawyers, notaries as well as Government Officials would be an advantage.
• Posses strong communication skills, follow through action & decision with sense of urgency, punctuality and ready to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets with sudden changes environment.
• Meticulous with an aptitude for figures and able to multitask effectively.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Law or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): strong interpersonal communication skills, good computer literacy.
• Proficient in english (spoken & written) is a must.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
• Progressive experiance in similar roles/function in Law firm or company.
• Having experiance working in group of company in the same position will be good advantage.

SHE System Support
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

• Roling as document controller for OHSAS 18001
• Internal audit program management
• Audit result databasing
• Inconjunction with procedure development team, assist in procedure development process
• At required and occasional moment, will deliver management system-related training/presentation

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Others), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): computer literacy, Document Control, Teamwork.
• Preferred skill(s): MS access literacy
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• 1 year experience in document controller, preferably OHSAS 18000 series or ISO 14000 series

Analyst Technical Communicator
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:

• Actively monitor Product Problem Improvement and performance reporting through Trakindo Portal
• Working together with Area Service to identify product problems
• Distributing Technical information to Areas
• Provide technical inputs for new product introduction program
• Providing Areas with Cat references and technical advise and troubleshooting assistance using Trakindo On-line system

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): English, Computer Literate, Mechanical Capability.
• Preferred skill(s): High Motivation, Good Interpersonal Skill, Analytical Thinking.
