Surya Citra Televisi (SCTV) is an Indonesian television station. Its headquarters are in South Jakarta. It began broadcasting on 24 August 1990 in Surabaya, East Java, broadcasting only to the city and surrounding area. At this point the programming was similar to that of RCTI and used some of their news programs until they could produce their own. On 1 August 1993 it was given a national license and eventually moved its operations to Jakarta. The main office is in South Jakarta and studios are in West Jakarta. It is owned by Surya Citra Media. In February 18, 2011 the commissioners of both parent company of Indosiar and SCTV has agreed to merger, although it should be inline with government regulations due to both company are going public company.

Compensation and Benefit Manager (CBM)
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:

  • Focusing on setting up strategy & policies, managing total reward, upgrade current structures and framework to ultimately implement process improvement and change management initiatives for the Remuneration and Benefits valued added preposition.
  • Responsible for designing and developing remuneration & benefit plans and programs aligned to business objectives and the management of remuneration & benefit forecasting and budgeting.
  • Other key aspect of this position would be to understand the business strategies, talent market trend and practices to monitor, adjust and develop effective Compensation and Strategy, policy and programs to attract, motivate and retain top talent.


Requirements:

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management.
  • Minimum 6 to 7 years of sound HR management experience with at least 3 to 5 years focus in Compensation & Benefits.
  • You need to be fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Able to actively communicate ideas and thoughts to people at all level of the organization.
  • Having experience working with multinational companies is a plus.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical, interpersonal skills, negotiation and communication skill.





TALENT DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR (TDC)
Jakarta Raya
Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/ HR Management.
  • Have good understanding and best practice experiences of organizational learning, competency based HRM, succession planning and career management.
  • Requires competencies good analytical thinking, good communication skill, continuous learning and teamwork.
  • Required language(s): English.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in organization development especially in analizing, system and policies set up and implementation at organization.
  • Preferably have responsibility as a coordinator/supervisor specializing in people and organization development projects.
  • Full-Time positions available.
