Graduate Accounting Plant
- This position will undertake the full range of accounting administration tasks ranging from invoice processing, file maintenance to provide assistance with monthly reports, account reconciliation, system and record maintenance, operational and financial analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from Accounting and/or Finance with minimum GPA 3.00 (Year of Graduation 2009 -2011)
- Proficient in statutory regulations, tax regulations, English language, and computer literacy. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to work under pressure in a culturally diverse organisation
- Excellent interpersonal skill and able to influence situations to achieve goals
- Able to work collaboratively with others and use initiative in various situations
Graduate Cost Control
You will learn and practice in several areas including:
- Checking and reviewing daily costing of environment, survey, drill and blast and infrastructure division.
- Reviewing cil works/ infrastructure progress and report variance cost against budget.
- Updating the internal unit rate and labors in the infomine system.
- Validating infomine data validation by supervisors to avoid misallocation cost.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Civil/ Industrial Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00 (Year of Graduation 2010 - 2012)
- Willing to work in remote locations.
- Excellent communication skill in English (oral and written), and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Graduate Business System
- To provide system support to end users including deliver training, ongoing assisstance; monitor the integrityof the system and maintenance
Requirements
- Willing to travel frequently to remote areas.
- Excellent communication skill in English (oral and written)
- Bachelor degree from Accounting, Industrial Engineering and Management Information System with minimum GPA 3.00 (Year of Graduation 2010 - 2011)
- Minimum 1 year experience in related field
- Strong HSE and system commitment
- Good presentation skill; able to interact with all levels from project staff and management

- Proficient in supporting ERP system (such as JDE), and support production control system
Graduate Surveyor
- Assist the surveyor to manage and coordinate survey office/ field activities to provide appropriate survey service to construction, mine planning, reconciliation and design personnel accurate design, construction and mine planning of all site activities
- Actively contribute to positive teamwork environment at all times
- Communicate openly and honestly at all times.
Requirements
- Willing to work in remote locations

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geodetic Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university (Year of Graduation 2009 - 2011)
- Minimum 1 year industrial experience in construction and mining
- Understanding of mining and construction technology
- Understanding of engineering and surveying principles/ equipment/ applications/ software.
- Understanding current surveying technologies including RTK GPS and Total Stations
- Able to work under pressure in an International and culturally diverse organization
Graduate Project Controls
- To meeting development plan to acquire skills and knowledge for project controlling function and provide assistance to support their colleague in meeting Project Controls objectives.
- Deliver performance to meet development plan, and proactively seek for regular monitor.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer/ Mining Engineer with GPA min 3.00
- Fresh graduate (0-1 year experience)
- Independent and mature personality, self motivated, results driven and good interpersonal negotiation skills
- Good communication skills and proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Literate in Microsoft Office and Desktop Publishing Package
Graduate Mechanical Engineer
- Each Graduate Engineer will be provided with a Mentor who will provide coaching, guidance and advice on an as required basis. You will work together with Toolman, Serviceman, Mechanic, and Warehouse Personnel to understand tools and component of each type of heavy equipment, understand the different tyre sizes and tyre lives for each unit, understand warehouse and logistic systems. Understand the main roles that are available within the Plant Group (Reliability Engineering, DMG Group, Component Planner).
Requirements
- Willing to work on mining locations around Kalimantan area.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Mechanical Engineering with minimum GPA 2.80 from reputable University (Year of Graduation 2011 - 2012)
- Have automotive activities background is a must
- High passion in automotive activities such as repair, maintenance, preventive, predictive
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
- Highly motivated, strong analytical skill and problem solving capabilities, good team work and adaptable
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to influence situation to achieve goals
- Able to work under pressure in an International and culturally diverse organization
