As Financial Accounting and Treasury Manager, your main accountabilities are to provide ongoing, dynamic support to various teams in order to ensure that all financial accounting and treasury activities are accurately completed, authorised, recorded and reported within established time scales both for local and head quarter requirements. You will be a guardian of the Company assets through the delivery of a strong internal control environment taking into account delegated authority levels; yet responsive to business change. Your essential responsibilities include ensuring the completeness and integrity of the books of account and the published financial statements, development of key finance processes and actioning necessary change through obtaining a thorough knowledge of the business and applying a challenging mind. Controlling Finance Department overhead and capital expenditure budgets as well as point of contact for external and internal auditor are also vital part of your role. You are expected to demonstrate excellent leadership skills, inspire and develop team members in order to ensure Finance Department succession.
You must have at least 5 years solid experience in a Public Accounting firm, auditing practice or FA role in a large FMCG company at Manager Level, holding at a minimum Bachelor Degree, majoring Accounting from a reputable university or an internationally recognised accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA), and comfortable in communicating and challenging other managers as well as excellent presentation skills to all levels. You will need to have proven skills in leading and developing teams of employee, show excellent analytical, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. A good command in both written and oral English and high mobility are necessary.
