Foreign company with core business in retail furniture is going to expand its business with opening several branches in Indonesia. We are looking for high profile candidates to occupy following positions :
Managing Director
- Male/Female, max. 45 years old
- Min. Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Visonary with strong business sense and leadership skill
- Having experience min. 5 years as Director
General Manager
- Male/Female, max. 40 years old
- Min. Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Strong leadership skill and analytical ability in making decision
- Having experience min. 5 years as Operation / Marketing Manager
- Male/Female, max. 35 years old
- Min. Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Able to operate retail showroom activities
- Able to manage people and work under pressure
- Having experience min. 2 years as Showroom Manager
Marketing & Sales Manager
- Male/Female, max. 35 years old
- Min. Bachelor degree in Marketing (preferably overseas graduate)
- Possess in depth knowledge and ability to analyze market segmentation supported with
- Ability to implement branding and positioning strategy
- Having experience min. 2 years as Marketing Manager
Project Sales Manager
- Male/Female (preferably), max. 35 years old
- Min. Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Having experience in making product spesification proposal to residential projects
- Broad network with contractor and property developer is an advantage
- Ability in delivering presentation and good communication skill is a must
Finance & Accounting Manager
- Male/Female, max. 35 years old
- Min. Bachelor degree in Accounting
- Able to analyze financial reports for cost efficiency purposes
- Able to produce financial reports and feasibility studies
- Able to operate min. 3 years as Accounting & Finance Manager
IT Supervisor / Staff
- Male, max. 32 (SPV) or 27 (Staff) years old
- Min. Bachelor degree (SPV) or Diploma (Staff) in IT/SI
- Familiar with Windows XP, Vista, Server 2003, networking (LAN/WLAN)
- Able to handle troubleshooting hardware and software
- Having experience min. 3 years for IT Supervisor
General qualifications :
- Excellent verbal and written skill in English is a must
- Possess high integrity, creative, target oriented and self driven
- Having working experience in recent background
