Operations Support Manager
Requirements :
- University graduate in Engineering
- At least 5 years working experiences in relevant industries with knowlege of quality fundamental for strategy and planning
- Having at least 2 years experience on operation management
- Previous exposure in certification business or services industries as operation manager will be an advantage
- Strong leadership, good analytical and technical skills, team player and good interpersonal skill
- Employs effective questioning and listening techniques
- Highly organized works to schedule, seeks and acts on feedback related to work performance
- Excellent presentation and (oral & written) communication skills
- Good negotiation and influencing skills
- Willing to work under pressure to meet the company objectives
Business Development Executive
Requirements :
- D3 or university graduate majoring in marketing management or related field
- At least 2 years working experiences in service industry, preferably in Certification Body for management system (ISO 9001, etc.) or management consultant
- At least 2 years in similar position
- Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Willing to travel in Indonesia region
- Pleasant personality with wide network
- Willing to do some telemarketing task
- Able to drive car and having dirving license is preferred
