PT Kaltim Prima Coal (KPC) operates a coal mine in Sengata East Kalimantan and is one of the largest export coal mines in the world. Coal Production target for 2008 is 42 mfpa and plan are underway for further expansion in 2009 and beyond to bring optimum economic return to the company and its stakeholder.To support its expanding operations, a number of major infrastructure projects are to be developed and the capacity of existing facilities are to be significantly increased.

SUPERINTENDENT OLC & PORT STOCKPILES : OP
SUPERINTENDENT SHARED FACILITIES : SF
SUPERINTENDENT APPRENTICESHIP : AP
SUPERINTENDENT PROJECT BENGALON : PB
SUPERINTENDENT PURCHASING EXPANSION : PE
SUPERINTENDENT ENGINEERING AND DRAFTING : ED
SUPERINTENDENT CHF PROJECT - NORTHERN : PN
SUPERINTENDENT MARINE FACILITIES : MF
SUPERINTENDENT WORKSHOP EXPANSION : WE

General qualifications :
- Tertiary qualifications (S1) in related discipline
- 8-10 years experience in related experience preferably in open cut mining
- Good knowledge of coal mining processing
- Excellent Planning, Analytical, Problem Solving and organization skills
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skill (oral & written) in both bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to manage teams in the achievement of common goals
- Excellent computer and presentation skill
