• Good understanding technology solution business drivers, solution requirements and contemporary database architectures
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable, high performance Enterprise Database using Oracle or other technology
• Ability to articulate key competitive differentation between major Database vendors in the market
• Extensive hands on experience with at least one major relational database (Oracle, Teradata, DB2, Sybase, Informix, SQL Server) especially with features related to scalability, performances, high availability and security
• Excellent knowledge of database best practices, performance tuning & information life cycle management

Requirements (Non Product) :

• Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline. with preferably an OCP or equivalent professional certification
• A minimum of 5-8 yearss experience in the technology industry with at least 3 years in technical pre-sales support roles for major software and/or hardware vendors or System Integrator
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English local language and with the ability to articulate the advantage of Oracle technology to senior business and technical decision maker as well as front line technologies
• Exceptional leadership skills, customer service focus and proven strategic planning, risk analysis and business justification experience
• An individual who is a self started, who can take ownership of opportunities, working independenlty and/or by assembling and leading Oracle partners, other Technical Specialists and Oracle consultants as needs
