Bali Deli is a Gourmet Delicatessern Store, Bakery Deliciaces, Cofee Shop & La Tapas Restaurant, in July 2008, we wil be re-opening our Store in Prestigious FX Lifestyle X'nter, Jakarta. In conjunction with our re-opening, we invite young, talented and motivated individuals to join our dynamic Management Team for the following vacancies :Restaurant Manager
- Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management with 3-4 years "hands-on" experience in 5 stars Hotel or Up-Market Cafe
- Able to demonstrate strong leadership in re-enforcing existing synergies between two restaurant, kitchen and bakery production
Supervisor / Leader / Staff (Department : Bakery & Pastry Shop)
- Degree / Diploma / Certificate in related field with 1-2 years "hands-on" experience in Up Market Supermarket or Cafe
- Good knowledge in Bakery and Pastry Deliciaces especially in presentation, display, handling, storage and inventory control
- Degree / Diploma/ Certificate in Hotel Management with 1-2 years "hands-on" experience in 5 Star Hotel or Cafe
- Able to demonstrate strong leadership and maintain consistent service sequence
Leader / Staff (Department : Public Relation)
- Degree / Diploma / Certificate in related PR Studies with 1-2 years "hands-on" experience in Up-Market Supermarket or 5 stars hotel
- Good knowledge in PR duties, pleasant personality, dynamic, creative and customer service oriented
Sous Chef / Chef De Partie / Senior Cook / Cook / Sushi Cook / Sandwich Cook (Department : Kitchen)
- Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Hotel Management with 2-3 years "hands-on" experience in 5 stars Hotel or Up-Market Food Retailer
- Good knowledge in European Food is essential, consistent quality and creative
