Hotel Support & Revenue Manager
To introduce Hotel Reservation system to the hotelier, educate hotels the importance of internet reservation engine and doing presentation before large group of audience. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring hotel online activities, supporting the websites and ensuring rate parity between hotel’s own website and all e-distribution channels. He/She will work closely with the web designer to improve website usability and functionality. To establish good connection with hotelier will be part of daily activity. Periodically, he/she should be able to create attractive newsletter and distribute them, as well as to categorize the hotel monthly report for yield analysis.

Requirements :
  • MUST have at least 3 years of working experience in hospitality industry.
  • MUST have at least 3 years experience working with Hotel extranet system, GDS or other hotel CRS.
  • Having education in hospitality would be preferred.
  • MUST be able to communicate in English, both verbal and written.
  • Has newsletter writing skills.
  • Has knowledge in website design.
  • Initiative and analytical, able to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong positioning and strong presentation skill.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Able to work at a fast pace.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Domicile in Jakarta.
