Business Development Manager
Job Description:

• The candidate MUST already have an excellent relationship with major radio stations nationwide. He/She MUST be able to service radio stations and conduct activities to promote songs and artists creatively.
  
• The candidate MUST also have an excellent relationship with major TV stations. He/She MUST be able to service TV stations and conduct activities to promote songs and artists aggressively.
  
• The candidate MUST have good networking with Event Organizers and Sponsors to promote artists for road shows and events nationwide.
  
• The candidate should have some experience and relationship with print and digital media. He/She MUST organize interviews with the press, website and magazines to promote the Artists.
  
• Having a relationship and experience with the Operator Telecommunications would be a definite plus! Able to propose promotional activities with the Operator Telecommunications would be excellent.
  
• Liaising and coordinating with the Artists for all promotional activities.
  
• Organizing studio recording for Artist that includes sourcing for good music directors and sound engineers.
  
• Sourcing for new artists and songs to present to the Management.
  The candidate reports directly to the Managing Director. He/She MUST be able to provide monthly report for the music business.

The Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years experience in the music industry with a good success story of making a new artist successful and popular.
  
• Male or female below 40 years of age with a pleasant personality.
  
• Resources person! Honest, reliable, multi-tasker, dedicated and committed.
