LEGAL DEPARTMENT HEAD - BANKING (LDH)

Reporting to the Board of Directors, as a Department Head of Legal Department, you will be responsible to lead Department’s activities in handling all legal matters of the bank’s operations, both banking and non-banking activities and ensuring the fully coverage of the bank from any potential legal risks.

Requirements:

• Experience in Legal for minimum 7 years, in which 5 years of it in mid-managerial of Corporate Banking.
  
• Experience in Law firm providing Legal Banking consultancy and advices will be an advantage.
  
• Well exposed to business, finance and banking laws and updates.
  
• Legal degree, bachelor or postgraduate, from reputable university.
  
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written (min. TOEIC score equiv. 700 or TOEFL of
