Visual Merchandiser (Shop & Counter Concept)
Responsibilities:
- Set up VM direction plan according to Company's vision and mission,
- Develop general creative direction per marketing / merchandising campaign.
- Approval on final execution manual for VM treatment to stores.
- Manage and co-ordinate with external department/divisions/agencies (Advertising & Promotion, Merchandising, Store Operation, Store Development, etc.) in order to have single concept & message approach to any in-store communication and planning for store opening and renovation activities.
- Manpower management: training and exposure of new skill, in order to keep the department ahead in the innovative and creative related to the present condition of company needs for VM services.
- Giving indirect impact to sales where merchandise displayed attractively and promoted in the stores according to the direction and concept given by VM head office.
- Provide "silent" customer service by setting the merchandise display standards and guidelines for shopping comfort.
- Male/female, max 40 years old
- Min Bachelor Degree from Reputable University in Architect / Interior Design / Graphic Design / Visual Communication Design
- Minimum 5 years’ VM management experience including at least 5 years in managerial level in Retail Companies.
- Resourceful, driven, having excellent strategic ability & strong business acumen
- Able to operate software programs; freehand, 3D, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Illustrator & Mac.
- Hard working, initiative, responsible and proven leadership
