FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
He/she is responsible for all duties of the front desk operation which includes: staff training, inter-department communications, and staff scheduling. Should possess strong communication skills and demonstrate leadership abilities. In addition to assisting in the operation of the Front Office operation and guest services personnel, he/she will respond quickly to guest requests and/or complaints in a friendly manner and ensure that appropriate action is taken to guarantee guest satisfaction.
Qualification:
Ø Have an experience more over 2 years in the same field
Ø Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
Ø Excellent organization and time management skills.
Ø Remarkable interpersonal skills.
Ø Excellent listening skills.
Ø Exceptional ability to work well in a team.
Ø Uncommon ability to adaptable easily and learn quickly.
Ø Enviable ability to multi-task, remain calm and professional under pressure
Ø Exceptional ability to maintain a positive attitude, handle conflict and confrontation.
Ø Proven ability to establish structure and discipline in a department.
