Golder has an established office in Kuningan, Jakarta, which services projects throughout Indonesia ranging from inner city investigations to major investigation and design work for large development projects in remote locations.

HYDROGEOLOGIST
Job Description & Requirements :

* Due to Expansion of our business in Indonesia we now wish to recruit a HYDROGEOLOGIST to join our consulting team andexpand our water group.
* Successful candidates will have an appropriate university qualification preferably at higher degree level and at least 5 years relevant experience preferably in the mining or infrastructure industry or in a relevant consultancy business.
* Candidates with less experience but who can demonstrate exceptional academic abilities are also invited to apply.
* Candidates with overseas training or work experience are especially encouraged to apply.
* The successful candidates will be Jakarta- based but will spend considerable time on site visits throughout Indonesia and must be willing to travel to remote locations.
* Candidates are expected to have a high level of English and work efficiently in an English speaking environment including being able to write reports in the English.
* Project management experience will be highly valued.
* Candidates should have a high level of computer literacy preferably including use of specialist modeling software.

ECOLOGIST
We are looking for applicants with the following qualifications:

* Degree in biology or environmental science
* Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in environmental consulting field
* Proficient in vegetation analysis and terrestrial invertebrate sampling methods
* Has ability in biosystematics and deep familiarity with local flora and fauna
* Good written and verbal communication skills in English
* AMDAL accreditation, minimum as AMDAL team member
* Has understanding of environmental consulting work and able to work in a team, business development experience will be an advantage
