PT. SENG FONG MOULDING PERKASA, is a foreign investment Company with head office based in Singapore. We are manufacturer of solid wooden flooring and housing componet based in Jombang, East Java. Established in Indonesia since 1990, we have since grown to become one of the leading manufacturers of solid wood products in Indonesia with a total work force close to 3000. In view of our market expansion, we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individual to fill the following positions based in Indonesia.

Sales Manager (Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:

* Supervising and directing employees in their day-to-day tasks, leading sales team toward achievement of financial and other goals.
* Identifying new market and new customers to achieve company goals.
* Monitoring sales process and forecast
* Direct expedition of export coresspondent and credit collection
* Compile and present information on the team progress

Requirements:

* Age between 32 to 40 years old
* Minimun degree prefer in business and management, but other discipline also considering
* Minimun 5 years exprerence in same or similar post
* Fluent in English (writen & comunication), knowledge in Mandarin is an advantage
* Experince in working enviroment of OEM wooden product manufacturing highly consider
* Able to handle export sales activity, Knowledge of export regulation and documentation.
* Proven leadership and ability to drive sales team, Strong interpersonal and presentation skill
* Must understand computer skill in excell, words etc
* Positive thinking and honest person

Quality Assurance Head (Jawa Timur)
Requirements:

* Male or Female
* Age 25 to 40
* Minimum degree in related discipline, prefereably in Industrial Engineering.
* At least 5 years experience in related field.
* Excellent communication skills and fluent in English (read and write).
* Must be able to communicate (read and write) in English with knowledge of Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia/Malaysia is an added advantage.
* Proven good analytical skills and problem solving capabilities
* Result orientated and able to work independently without constant supervision.

Personal Assistant To CEO (Jawa Timur)
Requirements:

* Male or Female
* Age 21 and above
* Minimum Degree in any discipline
* At least 3 years experience in related field.
* Provide administrative and/or confidential secretarial support to the CEO and related departments/areas as and when required.
* Must be able to communicate (read and write) in English with knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia/Malaysia is an added advantage. Mandarin is a MUST.
* Ability to work under pressure.
