Due to the recent expansion plan that we have within our company and we currently have an opening for the position details below to work for our company in Bali Office.
Crewing Officer - Recruitment
THE JOB:
· To do preliminary interview prior to the final interview.
· To Assist on maintaining candidates database over the standard format
· Adhered all recruitment ethical valid at Indo Select Recruitment & Manning Agency
· Work closely with related officer with regards to the documentation; follow up and assignment.
· Periodically updating database and status of applicants.
· To provide progress report periodically after the completion of each recruitment campaign.
· Provide recruitment plan on quarterly base plan.
QUALIFICATION:
· Male/Female
· Base/Reside in Bali and or willing to relocate to Bali.
· Fluent in English both oral and Written
· Previous extensive experience in HR; Administration; Manning agency and or Hospitality
· Well organised and computer literate
· Ability to work in a team
· Able to Travel between our 2 other office in Jakarta and Bandung Office when it is required.
