Internal Audit Manager

Jakarta Raya



Responsibilities:



The Internal Auditor Manager will perform professional Internal Audit work as a key component of the corporate internal control and governance structure. Key roles include monitoring the progress of audit project to ensure achievement of the audit plan. Assisting in developing a comprehensive audit plan, providing advisory services to the organization’s management and staff, and providing on going training, coaching and supervision to the Internal Audit staff as well maintaining organizational and professional ethical standards.



Requirements:




  • Male/Female, min.30 years old.

  • At least a bachelor degree in accounting or finance from reputable university with GPA 3.00 and above.

  • Minimum of 6 years experience at the professional level of accounting and internal auditing, preferably in reputable public accounting and/or management consulting firms.

  • Strong analytical, written and verbal communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.

  • Previous exposure in variety of audit type (internal control review, performance audit, financial audit, operational audit, fraud investigation).

  • Considerable knowledge of the standard for professional practice in internal auditing and the code of ethics developed by the institute of internal auditors.

  • Extensive knowledge and skills in applying internal auditing principles and practices as well as management principles and preferred business practices.

  • Ability to efficiently manage time and workload, wich includes planning, organizing, and project management.






Internal Audit Supervisor

Jakarta Raya - Mangga Dua



Responsibilities:




  • The Internal Auditor Supervisor will assist in the execution of the annual audit plan, and undertake the independent audit assignment and other audit activities in a professional manner under the supervision on Internal Audit manager.




Requirements:




  • Male/Female, min. 25 years old.

  • At least a bachelor degree in accounting or finance from reputable university with GPA 3.00 and above.

  • Minimum of 4 years experience at the professional level of accounting and internal auditing, preferably in reputable public accounting and/or management consulting firms.

  • Professional experience accounting and auditing, which includes analyzing data, documenting findings, and creating and presenting reports.

  • Previous exposure in variety of audit type (internal control review, performance audit, financial audit, operational audit, fraud investigation).

  • Considerable knowledge of the standard for professional practice in internal auditing and the code of ethics developed by the institute of internal auditors.

  • Ability to work individually and as a team member.

  • Ability to coach less-experienced staff.

  • Ability to efficiently manage time and workload, which includes planning, organizing, prioritizing, and following-through on a variety of tasks and assignments.








Marketing Support

Responsibilities:




  • Handling custom design for customer.

  • To explain any available housing unit sketch to customer.

  • Giving technical support to the customer related to housing unit spesification.

  • Analyzing competitor related to its concepts.

  • Reporting to Marketing Manager.




Requirements:




  • Candidates must possess Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from reputable University.

  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

  • Strong capabilities in computer program such as Ms. Office, AutoCad, Adobe Photoshop.

  • Age between 22 to 30 years old.
