- Four (4) years as Director of Food & Beverage with Restaurant and Bar Management progression
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English
- Minimum Diploma III in F&B Management or Degree in Hotel & Tourism Management
- Job stability in career movement
- Track record in training through high ratings for customer service
- A proven success in F&B marketing and revenue development
- A proven success in F&B cost control
- Worked with an Executive Chef reporting to him
- Willingness to develop career with HPL
- Effective computer skills, knowledge of accounting programs and budget analysis
RESTAURANT MANAGER
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in a 5 star hotel
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English
- Minimum Diploma III in F&B Management or Degree in Hotel & Tourism Management
- Well versed in service standard, Food & Beverage trends
- Good leader, strong management skills
- Track record in training through high ratings for customer service
- Effective computer skills
