Human Resources Manager
Qualifications :
1. Strong knowledge of and practical experiences in labor regulation
2. Compelling communication skills
3. Experiences in Industrial relations
4. Ability to drive projects to timely completions
5. At least 2 year experiences in similar positions
6. Smart worker, willing to learn, team player, enthusiastic and Professional
7. Creative & Proactive
Full responsible in Daily HR Operational
* Recruitment, Succession Plan and Establish Career path.
* Make monthly report for HR performance and supporting the audits from management
* Plan Training Program and Conduct Training
* Build Communication and Mediation with Employee Union Coordinate with UNION in regard Employee Activity and Welfare
* Together with Public Relation in participating External Activity
* Build the relation with all Employee and deal with Government aspects and labor relations
* Deploy effective processes for succession planning, performance management and career development which ensures that talent within the organization is fully developed.
* Provide guidance and familiarize the Performance Appraisal to management on misconduct, poor performance, reward and staff recognitions
* Implement compensation/incentive program and benefit plans which are competitive and effective in motivating and retaining high performers
