- Min Bachelor degree in Law
- Min 2-3 year experience in the same field, preferred having experiences as Lawyer
- Min GPA 3.00
- Have experience and good knowledgement in human resource-industrial relation
- Having knowledge about labour regulation
- Hard worker and able to work in a team
