Sales Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities:




  • Managing and leading the Sales Customer Service Team

  • Ensure efficient and prompt service support to internal sales team & external customer enquirers

  • Provides training to team to improvise service and processes

  • Ability to handle complex escalations cases or issues


Requirements:


  • Degree in Business Administration

  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience in sales administration & management

  • Show initiative, customer oriented, high numeracy, independent, creditable and reliable, think interdisciplinary

  • Preferably experienced in managing a team

  • Proficient oral communication & written in English

  • Excellent in MS Office and SAP knowledge


Financial Controller

Responsibilities:


  • Monthly reporting of actual P&L

  • Coordination of Business Plan / quarterly Forecast in alignment with department

  • Continuous evaluation of risks and opportunities against Plan / Forecast

  • Implement Internal Controls

  • Selling Price calculation

  • Credit Management

  • Monitoring of EBIT margin


Requirements:


  • Bachelor degree from Finance / Accounting, Business Administration, Economics

  • Minimum 8 years working experience in related fields

  • Good Communication skills and leadership

  • Good in operating Microsoft Office, SAP, Hyperion

  • Proficient oral communication & written in English


Sales Channel Manager

Responsibilities:


  • Manage and target responsibility for up to 20 sales representatives

  • Optimize sales and profit

  • Steer and manage distribution channel development

  • Overall client relationship management

  • Strategics, negotiate and implement Terms & Conditions and annual customer contract


Requirements:


  • Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing

  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience in sales of technical or consumer goods

  • Preferably experienced in managing a team

  • Proficient oral communication & written in English
