Management Trainee Administration (MT-ADH)

Responsibilities:

• You will be developed as a leader and responsible for monitoring, controlling, executing and reporting financial - accounting and personnel activities in the branch office.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree (S1) from Economic / Accounting / Human Resource / Management


• Minimum GPA 3.00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University


• Maximum age of 26 years old in 2013.


• High interest in Finance, Accounting, Human Resource, General Affair


• An ability to analyze and evaluate situations to produce a range of effective solutions to problems


• Having Good Leadership, Communication and Interpersonal Skill, Confident, Self-Motivated


• High capable to work independently as well as a part of team


• Able to join the company immediately


• Willing to be placed in all PT Traktor Nusantara Branch, Group AHEME and ASTRA

Accounting Officer (AO)

Responsibilities:

• Implementing and executing Accounting Administration & Reporting, Reconciliation, and Monitoring all Accounting activity.

Requirements:

• Diploma Degree (D3) from Accounting/Taxation


• Minimum GPA 2,75 (4 scaled) from Reputable University


• Maximum age of 25 years old


• Able to work with Standard & Operating Procedure (SOP)


• Having good analytical thinking, interpersonal skill, posses strong drive, able to work in a team, and work under tight schedules.


• Computer literacy is a must


• Fluent in English both oral and written


• Willing to be placed in any city of our branches

Corporate Legal Staff (EXP-CLS)

Responsibilities:

• Have ability to handle corporate action, corporate document and legal processing. Provide legal advices for the board of directors with ability to handle all legal issues for all company included : contract, tenders, acquisition, liquidation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree (S1) from Law or equivalent


• Minimum GPA 3,00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University


• Maximum age of 30 years old in 2013


• Fluent in English both oral and written


• Having Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill, Confident, Self-Motivated, Target-driven and Good Business Ethics


• Preferably Senior Associate / Supervisors specializing in Corporate Law/Legal Services


• Min 3 years of experience in the Legal Corporate (in Heavy Equipment Industry will be an advantage)
