Site Manager ( Position in Central Kalimantan )
Responsibilities :

• Responsible for overall management of coal mining activities at site
• Responsible to cost control in all aspect activities (engineering, production, plant, SHE, HR / GA, and all related aspect)
• Able to reach production target set by management through increase in productivity level effectively, efficiently and safely
• Manage and coach all subordinates to get maximum performance. Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly work progress and mine plan report
• Maintain harmonious relationship with local communities to ensure smooth operations
• Able to make guideline in manage operation activities, according to government regulation

Requirements :

• Male, age max 40 years old, Min S1 degree majoring in Mining Engineering from reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years experience (managerial level) in coal mining industry

• Minimum 2 years experience in coal mining industry

Responsibilities :

• Developing SHE Management system and programs

• Ensure achievement of SHE target (zero loss time injuiry / LTI )
• Supervise the implementation on safety procedure (base on regulation)
• Supervise reclamation, revegetation activity and also maintain the legal aspect in environment (AMDAL)

Requirements :

• Male, age max 35 years old
• Min D III / S1 degree in Public Health or Mining Engineering or any relevant disciplines.
• Min 3 years experience as SHE in coal mining
• Having certificate K 3
• Holding certification in Occupational Health & Safety Audit would be advantage
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all level

Site Coordinator ( Position in Central Kalimantan )
Responsibilities :

Responsibilities:

• Develop Long-term and Short-term mining plans
• Responsible for the design, optimization and scheduling aspects of open pit mining projects
• Ensures the safe and economically sound development of mines and other surface and underground operations
• Liaising with engineers, geologists and other staff
• Assessing new mining sites and the viability of new mining ventures
• Undertaking feasibility studies
• Modeling/designing potential mine sites
• Providing consultancy and advice on mining and mineral extraction projects

Requirements:

• Preferably male, age 22-30 years old

Responsibilities:

• Provide seismic interpretation on development and exploration projects
• Work with integrated team to finalize initial development well locations and define future locations for a multi-phase drilling campaign
• Proactive contributor to a multi-discipline well team
• Convey results and proposals to management and government bodies
• Anticipate geoscience work program requirements and gain necessary internal/external approvals for successful and timely implementation to impact field development.
• Collaborating with other geoscience and engineering specialists as needed

Requirements:

• Male/female, age 22-30 years old
• Bachelor degree in Geophysics with minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Possess good technical knowledge of geophysical principles and quantitative seismic interpretation techniques (includes acquisition and seismic data processing)
• Familiar with landmark based seismic interpretation skills and other industry standard geoscience software packages

• Posses knowledge in Geological and Geophysical tools
