Mitrada SinergyMS Coal is one of affiliates groups of companies that operate in Barito River stream. The group companies activities start from producing coal, logistic infrastructure including feeder barge port, feeder barges operator, stockpile management to consolidate several coal sources, and deliver the range of coal specification to niche buyers.


MS Coal is a brand owned by PT Mitrada Sinergy. MS role is consolidating the coal resources in surrounding area with challenging river logistics, then manage the stock piles in Teluk Timbau Port to give the quality and the delivery assurance.


IT HELPDESK


Responsibilities:


• Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically

• Handle daily troubleshooting

• Maintain service level

• Follow standard help desk procedures

• Administer help desk software and prepare activity reports

• Redirect problems to appropriate resource

• Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention

• Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions

• Stay current with system information, changes and updates


Requirements:


• Male, age 23 – 30 years old

• Indonesian Nationality with 1 years experience in same position

• Min S1 degree in computer science, networking or software engineering with GPA 2,75

• Good health, smart, good personality, and hard worker

• Troubleshooting skill (OS & Application)

• Able to work under pressure, work in team, and can be leader


ACCOUNTING MANAGER


Responsibilities:


• Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions

• Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports

• Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures

• Guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy; applying observations and recommendations to operational issues

• Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls

• Avoids legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation; enforcing accounting regulations; recommending new procedures

Requirements:

• Ideally, 2 - 4 years experience both in public accountant firm as auditor and manufacturing company as accountant from medium size company

• Good understanding about PSAK and IFRS

• Having knowledge and experience of related computer applications

• Good conceptual and analytical thinking

• Able to work under pressure


PURCHASING SPV


Responsibilities:


• Responsibility in purchase activity and supply chain

• Handle all import procedure

• Monitoring and controlling all purchase request by accurate system

• Maintain available supplier who has good record

• Provide all logistic dept. and company s inventory request


Requirements:


• Preferably, Male 35 age years old

• Minimum 2-3 years experiences in purchasing field from mining company

• Hold min Diploma Degree in Engineering / Industrial / Mechanical or other related background

• Hand on experience in analyzing and solving machine-related problems and needs

• Strong leadership profile, having a high negotiation and analytical skill

• Highly attentive to details ability to multi-task and problem solving

• Ability to perform in time – pressures and met deadlines

• Good knowledge about heavy equipment spare parts and their substitutions

HEAD EKSPLORASI


Responsibilities:


• Responsible to controlling exploration activities such as drilling, mapping, etc

• Following the project schedule with optimizing the drilling equipments effectively

• Evaluate the performance of the exploration team

• Evaluate results and make the pattern of existing geological

• Responsible to drilling data processing

Requirements:

• Min S1 degree majoring in Technical Geology with GPA 2,75

STAFF ACCOUNTANT (SACC-01)


Responsibilities:


• Responsible for transaction journal entries

• Cash opname and stock opname

• Support supervisor through closing report

• Reconciliation all off account


Requirements:


• Male / Female, age max 25 years old

• Min S1 degree majoring in Accounting from reputable university with IPK 2,75

• Up to date knowledge on any development of tax regulation and accounting standard

• Fresh graduate is welcome

• Having calculate cost of good sold (COGS)

• Hardworking, honest, responsible, communicative, attention to details & efficient

• Computer literate (MS office)

• Having prepare financial report (balance sheet, propit & lose)


SENIOR ACCOUNTANT


Responsibilities:


• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts

• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures

• Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met, accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close

• Prepare financial management reports

• Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures

• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities

• Monitor and support taxation issues

• Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process

• Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses

FINANCE MANAGER


Reporting to the President Director, you will be responsible for directing, controlling and administering the overall financial activities of the organization to meet corporate goals.


1. Plan and manage funding to meet business strategies and objectives, including short, medium and long-term lending requirements

2. Survey new sources of borrowings to meet projected cash requirements by developing existing contacts and making new ones

3. Ensure all bank over draft, overseas borrowing, bill lines and other negotiations are properly and promptly undertaken

4. Plan the financial operations of the organization

5. Direct the collection of financial and accounting information and the preparation of budgets, reports, forecasts and consolidated profit and loss reports

6. Evaluate the financial aspects of proposed acquisitions, investments, mergers or the sale of assets or business

7. Control activities such as cash flow and investment policy, costing and expense control, insurance arrangements, audits, administration of contracts

8. Direct day-to-day operations on the money market in accordance with company policy and guideline


Requirements:


1. To qualify, you should hold a bachelor s degree in accounting form reputable university. Experience as finance manager, particularly in managing treasury and funding for 4-5 years is required

2. Experienced in corporate banking as credit analyst or corporate account manager is preferred

3. Strong leadership, tactful and good interpersonal skill.


WEB DEVELOPER / PROGAMMER


Responsibilities:


• Work closely with Project Managers and other members of the Development Team to both develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables

• Produce project estimates during sales process, including expertise required, total number of people required, total number of development hours required, etc

• Attend client meetings during the sales process and during development

• Work with clients and Project Managers to build and refine graphic designs for websites. Must have strong skills in Photoshop, Fireworks, or equivalent application(s)

• Convert raw images and layouts from a graphic designer into CSS/XHTML themes

• Determine appropriate architecture, and other technical solutions, and make relevant recommendations to clients

• Communicate to the Project Manager with efficiency and accuracy any progress and/or delays

• Engage in outside-the-box thinking to provide high value-of-service to clients

Requirements:


• BS in computer science or a related field, or significant equivalent experience

• 3 years minimum experience with HTML/XHTML and CSS

• 2 years minimum Web programming experience, including PHP, ASP or JSP

• 1 year minimum experience working with relational database systems such as MySQL, MSSQL or Oracle and a good working knowledge of SQL

• Development experience using extensible web authoring tools

• Experience developing and implementing open source software projects

• Self-starter with strong self-management skills
