Responsibilities:


Specifically Garuda Indonesia Management Trainee for Flight Operation Center covers:



  • Classroom training airline business, global economic trend, brand revitalization, sales-marketing, business law, entrepreneurship and finance

  • Classroom and on-the-job training of Flight Operation Center where the trainee will get Flight Operation skills and license, and it is one of the professions in airline industries which is acknowledged worldwide

  • Job rotation to various units at Garuda Indonesia covering ground operation, safety, services, business strategy, commercial area

  • Assignments at branch offices, where the trainee will be responsible not only to dispatch/release our flights and be in charge of all flight operation and service excellency in station/airport, but they might also be managing certain VVIP flights; explore, plan & develop station’s potential, enhance route profitability, with direct impact to the branch office’s revenue
