Gadjah Mada University is one of the oldest and largest state university in Indonesia. UGM based in Yogyakarta and currently lead by Prof. Dr. Pratikno, M.Soc.Sc. The Gadjah Mada University was established in 1949 based by the Government Regulation Number 23 Year 1949.


Universitas Gadjah Mada is seeking for the best candidates to fill the following full time position:



  1. Program Facilitator Coordinator

  2. Finance Staff

  3. Secretary/Administrative Staff


1. Program Facilitator Coordinator


Qualifications:



  • At least a first level University degree (Bachelors degree), preferably advance level (Postgraduate degree);

  • Minimum of 2 years practical experience with project development, implementation, monitoring & evaluation, and management;

  • Having experience with grant-making management is preferable

  • Good English including writing, presentation and communication skills;

  • The priority will be given to those with UGM background, either working or studying or both.

  • Demonstrated ability in computer programs (computer literacy), specifically basic programs such as Word, Excel, Power Point Presentation, etc.

  • Must have excellent communication and facilitation skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.

  • He/she must have good organizational and planning skills.

2. Finance Staff


Qualifications:



  • At least a first level University degree (Bachelors degree), preferably majoring in Accounting or Finance.

  • Minimum of 1 year of working experience, preferably in development project by international donor;

  • Good English

  • The priority will be given to those with UGM background, either working or studying or both.

  • Demonstrated ability in computer programs (computer literacy), specifically basic programs such as Word, Excel, Power Point Presentation, etc.

  • Female applicants are encouraged to apply.


3. Secretary/Administrative Staff


Qualifications:



  • At least a first level University degree (Bachelors degree)

  • Minimum of 1 year of working experience, preferably in development project aid by international donor;

  • Good knowledge of the English languages, including writing, presentation and communication skills;

  • The priority will be given to those with UGM background, either working or studying or both.

  • Demonstrated ability in computer programs (computer literacy), specifically basic programs such as Word, Excel, Power Point Presentation, etc.

  • Have relevant experience in administrative task and office management.
