Persyaratan:
- Pendidikan min D3 semua jurusan untuk jabatan g-k (fresh graduate)
- Pendidikan min S1 semua jurusan untuk jabatan a-f
- Berpengalaman min 2 tahun di perbankan / lembaga keuangan untuk jabatan a-f
- Berpengalaman di organisasi, baik di dalam maupun di luar kampus
- IPK min 2.75 (lulusan PT Akreditasi A) atau min 3.00 (lulusan PT akreditasi B)
- Usia maksimal 26 tahun per 30 Desember 2012 (untuk jabatan staff)
