Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Psychology/Human Resource Management


• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position


• Able to speak and write in English fluently


• Able to designing and coordinating training to cover both the organization’s current and future needs


• Able to implement & analyzing effectiveness training needs analysis, assess the gap and recommend the required learning program


• Able to maintain and improve current training and development programs / training moduls


• Ability to utilize computer application include microsoft Office

Kualifikasi khusus

• Jurusan Teknik Informatika / Ilmu Komputer / Sistem Informasi


• Menguasai Administrasi system operasi berbasis Windows (versi 2003 keatas) dan berbasis open source (linux dengan berbagai distro), Administrasi database Server (Ms SQL 2005 keatas dan My SQL), menguasai Admin Webserver (Apache, IIS dll)


• Memiliki daya analisa yang baik


• Fresh graduate/memiliki pengalaman max. 2 tahun
