Golden Energy Mines is the coal mining group subsidiary of Dian Swastika Sentosa Tbk (DSSA) - a Energy and Infrastructure company. Currently we supply 4-5 million tons of coal per annum to Coal Powerplants and Industries such as cement and paper both locally and internationally.

We mine coal from our many concessions, and at the same time also purchase from other mine owners. We aim to be a reputable leading coal company with good consistent standards.

One of our subsidiaries in Coal Mining is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position:

1. SHE Department Head (Code: SDH)

1.1 Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineer or equivalent and Minimum 7 years experience in coal mining industry

1.2 In depth knowledge & experience in mining operation, Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure and regulation, and environmental management

1.3 Having POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya) certificate is preferable

1.4 Fluent in English both oral & written

1.5 Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE) strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation

1.6 Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills1.7 Willing to be placed in site: Jambi

2. Mine Plan Design Manager (Code: MPM)

2.1 Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering with minimum 7 Years Experience in Coal Mining Industry

2.2 Through knowledge of pit production activities and equipment, pit technical and pit maintenance process, procedures and activities

2.3 Good knowledge of coal mining terminology

2.4 A very good understanding of Minescape, Xpac, and Talpac mining software

2.5 Good Interpersonal & communication skill in both Bahasa Indonesia and English

2.6 Possess "Pengawas Operational Pratama" certification from Directorate General of Mining and Energy is a good addition

2.7 Work Location in Jakarta

3. Exploration Manager (Code: EPM)

3.1 Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Geology or Mining Engineering

3.2 Minimum 7 Year of Working Experience in Coal Exploration

3.3 Fluent in English both Oral & Written

3.4 Excellent in Mine Design, Mine Schedulling, Project Evaluating & Budgeting

3.5 Knowledgeable in SHE, Amdal, Reclamation, Rehabilitation and CSR

3.6 Good Health and able to work under pressure, good interpersonal and organization skills, highly self motivated and strong analytical skills

3.7 Have strong leadership, communicative, team player and having high integrity

4. Land Acquisition Officer (Code: LAO)

4.1 Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Communication Management or equivalent

4.2 Minimum 1 Year of Working Experience as Land Acquisition in Coal Mining Industry

4.3 Good Track Records of delivering quality and targets within established variances

4.4 Have ability to schedule and complete the assigned tasks

4.5 Have Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills

4.6 Have ability to operating survey equipment: total station, GPS, Arc View, etc. is preferably

4.7 Familiar & Proficient with basic Office Software

4.8 Work Location in Site: Sumatera Selatan
