- Indonesia Resident Mission ( IRM ) was established to assist its Headquarters in the implementation of projects and programs, in project processing, country programming, and economic and sector work. It also coordinates ADB's activities with other resident diplomatic and donor missions, NGO's, academic institutions, local think tanks, private sector and other members of the civil society.
To perform full range of secretariat duties for the assigned offers, including organizing and maintaining records contact with the public, preparing correspondence and reports, assistance for visiting ADB missions and other appropriate functions as required, coordinate administrative activities for IRM
Selection Criteria
Specific criteria include :
- Suitability to undertake the responsibilities mentioned at the required level
- Bachelor's degree
- At least three years of work experience in private of public organization prior to joining ADB
- Good typing skills
- Good computer skill with sound knowledge of common word-processing, spreadsheet and graphics software used in ADB
- Ability to work with individuals from different cultural/national background, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities and workload within general schedule of work, instruction and standarized practices
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and maintain composure under pressure
- Familiarity with local languages and institutions
